On October 1, 1996, the first American Dream Vacations store opened on IH 10 near San Antonio, Texas. Since then, we've grown to 9 stores in 4 states with more stores on the horizon.

Our first two stores are company owned but the last 7 belong to individuals. These were people that had a desire to own their own business, a small amount of working capital and the ability to learn.

What makes our system unique is the fact that it doesn't require big fees up front. In fact, the up front fee to us to get you going is only $2,500.00. You pay us nothing else until you're generating rental income.

As a rule, you can own your own fully functioning RV Sales and Rental store for a total investment between $25,000.00 and $40,000.00. It will vary depending on the market you're in, location rental cost, utility deposits, computers, office furniture, signage and deposits for insurance.
